Accreditations
All engineers hold a PAL card. The PAL Card (Powered Access Licence) is recognised worldwide across industries as proof of platform operator training to the highest standard.
It is issued by the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) to platform operators who successfully complete a training course at an IPAF-approved training centre.
All engineers have attended and passed THE PASMA STANDARD COURSE covering:
1. Introduction to Mobile Access Towers
2. Tower Assembly
3. Stability
4. Safe Use of Towers
5. Repositioning Towers
6. Tower Inspection
7. Care & Maintenance
8. Tower Dismantle
9. Regulations and Standards
All Lucas Communications staff are CSCS card holders - and we hold the Gold Standard Certificate in reflection of our commitment to the scheme:
